Medical Information

A Medical Release Form must be completed each year for all players to ensure up-to-date information.

All Star Information Requirements

All-Star Letter of Intent (Baseball and Softball) Due by May 1 for all players who wish to participate in All Stars

"need link for School Enrollment Form" Must be submitted for each player and signed by a Parent/Guardian. GNGRLL will submit to the appropriate school or district office for signatures.

Each player will need to have a copy of their Birth Certificate for All-Stars as well. GNGRLL does not keep copies of these documents from season to season, all documentation is submitted to the Little League District Officers.
