Thank you for registering for GNGR Little League 2025!

Here are some important dates for your calendar:

Assessments are necessary for Baseball and Softball players Little League age 7+

Baseball - Monday, March 3, 2025

• Where: GNG Middle School Gym (31 Libby Hill Rd, Gray, ME 04039)

• Baseball (Ages 7-8): 5:30-6:30pm

• Baseball (Ages 9-10): 6:30-7:30pm

• Baseball (Ages 11-12): 7:30-8:30pm

Softball - Wednesday, March 5, 2025

• Where: GNG Middle School Gym (31 Libby Hill Rd, Gray, ME 04039)

• Softball (Ages 7-8): 5:30-6:30pm

• Softball (Ages 9-10): 6:30-7:30pm

• Softball (Ages 11-12): 7:30-8:30pm

Rain Date - Softball & Baseball (Only if a session is cancelled) - Friday, March 7, 2025

• Where: GNG Middle School Gym (31 Libby Hill Rd, Gray, ME 04039)

• Softball & Baseball (Ages 7-8): 5:30-6:30pm

• Softball & Baseball (Ages 9-10): 6:30-7:30pm

• Softball & Baseball (Ages 11-12): 7:30-8:30pm

Dates to be aware of (subject to change based on weather and facilities availability) - Email notifications will be sent to confirm schedules closer to the start dates.

Indoor Practice @GNG Middle School Gym (AA, AAA, & Majors)*

• Saturdays: March 8, March 15, March 22, March 29

• Additional indoor practices on weekdays

• Times to be determined (between 8am and 4pm)

• *Coaches needed for all levels

• Tee Ball and Coach Pitch indoor practices will be held prior to the start of the season if facilities and coaches are available.

Signup Deadlines

• March 14, 2025 for Uniform Number, Name, & Size Choice (AAA & Majors)

• March 14, 2025 for Uniform Size Choice (Other Levels)

• April 1, 2025 (no uniform selection - we order extras to distribute to late signups)

Field Cleanup Day

• April 13

• April 27 (Rain Date)

Outdoor Practices Begin

• April 14

Opening Day

• April 28 (first games most levels)

Closing Day

• Tee Ball & Coach Pitch - June 7

• AA, AAA, Majors - June 14

Junior & Senior Baseball

• Most games will be in June through early July

To complete your registration, please print out and sign the linked Medical Release Form. You will need it to participate this season.

Tee Ball & Coach Pitch Indoor Practices

Dates: April 7th and April 12th

Tee Ball Times - TBD

Coach Pitch - TBD

Location: GNG Middle School (31 Libby Hills Road, Gray, ME)

Notes

• Coach pitch & Tee Ball Players who have a conflict or a sibling issue can choose a different session as needed to make your day smoother

• Players should wear indoor shoes and bring a baseball mitt 

Parents can help in 3 ways:

1. Parent sign-up for tee ball and coach pitch stations

2. Please plan to assist your player throughout the clinic

3. Sign up to assist with sign-in of parents & players -we ask that you come 15 minutes early and stay for two sessions
