All levels first rounds are already on the schedule and were drawn by random draw.  AA does a single elimination playoff with consolation games for eliminated teams.  AAA and Majors will be double elimination.

For subsequent rounds, home team is determined by playoff winning percentage (regular season has no bearing).  If teams have the same winning percentage during a round, home team is determined by coin flip.  In the event of rainouts, we will make up the next day (possibly at a different field due to field congestion).  Please attempt to play games in the event of light rain if conditions are safe.  The schedule will be very hard to complete if we have too many rainouts.

Pitch counts must be recorded by scoring the game using GameChanger.  **All pitchers must report pitch counts from other leagues.**  Teams found in violation of pitch count and rest requirements will forfeit the game in which ineligible players pitched.  Pitch limit rules can be found on our rule set.  Pitching in any game (internal or travel) counts toward your pitch counts.

Pitch count rules:

**Note: your pitcher may NOT finish the batter with regard to the "days rest" limits.**  They may finish the batter with regard to the "total pitches per day" limit.  Example, to pitch on zero days rest (the next day), the pitcher must be removed after his or her 20th pitch regardless of the count on the batter.

Please remember - these are kids.  This is for fun.  Congratulate them on their great play and everything they've learned.  Keep things positive and exciting so they'll all come back next year.

**Player Pitch Rules Clarifications**

- No overthrows - any overthrow is a dead ball
- Player hit by pitch continues to bat

- Strikes thrown by pitcher count

- Strikes thrown by coach count even if not swung at (continuing from pitcher thrown strike count)

- 7 players or less must take an out while batting (8 player minimum lineup - essentially take an out in the 8th spot)

- Players advance until the ball is returned past the cut of the infield grass (possession not needed).  If around a base they continue to the next base.

- 2 inning limit per pitcher or 50 pitches whichever is earlier (essentially 12-13 batters at 4 pitches per batter)

     - example: if a player has pitched 2 innings, but only 35 pitches, they may not pitch a 3rd inning

**AAA and Majors Rules - Same rules as regular season**
