Little League has changed the registration rules and NO proof of residency is required for players age 7 and under. Plus, if that player stays with the league continuously from age 7 on, no proof of residency is ever required.
Why the change? LL wants parents to choose the league that is best for their child. If your player has a friend in our league, sign on up. If you live in another town, but work here, same thing. Whatever your reason, if you want to be in our league and your player is 7 or younger, they can join.
Just fill in your address or check the box that says "Same as Parent" and then select one of our schools (even if you don't attend). The system will then let you bypass the restrictions.
There are no restrictions for players age 7 or under (or players who were age 7 or under last year and are continuing with the league).
You should get the confirmation to the left if you choose a school such as "Russell Elementary" and just press continue. Basically, LL hasn't fixed the form to allow 7 & under to register without this stuff, so we ask you to just bypass it.
Thanks!
